Here at Lotus Leith, we are passionate about making delicious bar food full of oriental flavours, fresh and tasty to excite your taste-buds and sate your appetite. Using Asian aromatics and Scottish ingredients, we are bringing you the best of both worlds, combining them to make some clean, fresh and delicious plates for you to enjoy with your craft beers and tailored cocktails.
Chef Rich has been inspired by Thai flavours and Asian cooking while travelling through the Orient while taking a break between jobs, and wants to bring some of his favorite flavours to you and your friends at the Bullfinch from 10th August.
